Two Doors, One Account
Login covers two different things. Registering creates the account and happens once; signing in reopens it and happens every time. The first is where the mistakes get made, and they surface weeks later, at the cashier.
One rule matters most: register once. If you already hold an account and cannot get in, contact support rather than starting a fresh one. Duplicates are closed on discovery and any bonus attached to them is voided.
Before You Open the Form
Registering, Step by Step
Open the sign-up form
Follow the button on this page to the operator and choose register. Enter the code SWIFT here if the offer requires it.
Enter your real details
Type your legal name and address exactly as your documents show them. Choose a password you use nowhere else.
Confirm email and phone
Click the activation link and enter the SMS code if one is sent. The account becomes usable only at this point.
Set a limit, then deposit
Set a deposit limit before funding anything, then pay in from NZ$15 to release the match and the spins.
A typo in a name or house number is not a small problem. Verification compares what you typed against your documents, and a mismatch is the commonest reason a first withdrawal stalls.
Verification: What It Really Asks
Identity checks are described as a formality. They are not: they are three specific questions, and each document answers one.
| Question | Document | What is checked |
|---|---|---|
| Are you who you say you are? | Passport, driving licence or national ID | Name, date of birth, expiry date, photo |
| Do you live where you say? | Recent utility bill or bank statement | Name and address, and how recently it was issued |
| Is the money yours? | Proof of the payment method | The account or card is registered in your own name |
The reviewer wants one thing across all three: the same name, on every item, matching the profile you registered. Photograph documents flat and in good light with all four corners in frame, since cropped edges are the usual reason a file is sent back.
You can play before verifying, but money cannot leave the account until the check clears. This is why the first withdrawal is quoted at 48–72 hours while later PayPal payouts run at 4–12: the first request is what triggers the manual review. Upload everything on day one and that delay happens while you are playing rather than while you are waiting.

When Sign-In Fails
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Password rejected | Autofill holds an old entry | Type it manually once, then update the saved record |
| No activation email | Filtered into spam or a typo in the address | Check the junk folder, then ask support to resend |
| No SMS code | Poor signal or a blocked shortcode | Wait for the retry timer, then request a new code |
| Account locked | Repeated failed attempts | Wait out the lockout rather than retrying |
| Deposit refused | A limit you set has been reached | Check your limits; increases are held for a cooling-off period |
Keeping the Account Secure
A casino account holds a balance and a verified identity, worth more to a thief than a shopping login. Use a password kept for this account alone, turn on two-step verification where offered, and never approve a code you did not request.
Sign out on shared devices, and treat any email offering a surprise bonus for your details as a fake. Real promotions appear inside the account, and support never asks for a password.
